Where we are
The small village and seaside resort of San Menaio, municipality of Vico del Gargano, is located directly on the sea, along the stretch of coast between Rodi Garganico and Peschici.
More than 50 years ago, San Menaio was the first Gargano center to promote itself as a tourist destination. Nowadays San Menaio represents a happy island for those looking for relaxation and lightheartedness during their holidays.
San Menaio is particularly appreciated by those who want fully enjoy the sea, thanks to the wonderful sandy beaches and the crystal clear waters. The healthy air and the sea breeze make the climate pleasant even in the most torrid periods.
The coexistence of small cliffs, lush pine forests and fragrant citrus groves make San Menaio a location unique of this kind. The sun rises behind the trabucco of Monte Pucci and sets behind the Tremiti Islands, creates a romantic and exquisite scenic views. Although “the spur on the heel of Italy” may seem rather remote, do not despair:

By car
From the North:
Driving along the Motorway A14 (Bologna-Bari). Leave the Motorway A14 (Bologna-Bari) at the Poggio Imperiale junction, then continue on Highway Gargano SS693 to Vico del Gargano (end Highway Gargano), then follow to San Menaio, or crossing Rodi Garganico towards Peschici.
From the South:
Along the A14 Bari-Bologna exit at Poggio Imperiale and continue towards Vico del Gargano – San Menaio along the Gargano highway.
From the Rome:
Take the Motorway A25 Roma-Pescara and then take the A14 Pescara-Bari. Exit at Poggio Imperiale and continue along the highway towards Vico del Gargano – San Menaio.
From Naples:
Driving along the Motorway A16 (Napoli-Bari). Leave the Motorway A16 (Napoli-Bari) at the Candela junction. From here you can reach Foggia, San Severo or Poggio Imperiale and reach us along the highway Gargano towards Vico del Gargano San Menaio.
By bus
By train
The nearest railway stations are in Foggia and San Severo From here the Ferrovie del Gargano public transport service will take you to San Menaio.
By plane
We are easily reachable from:

- Capodichino International Airport – NaplesLeonardo Da Vinci-Fiumicino
